Our Story

Mid Ohio Phone Service began with a vision for exceptional customer service. Too many service providers run their businesses on policies, and the needs of the customers are surrendered because they don’t fit the provider’s business model. However, we believe if anything should be rigid, it should be customer service. We strongly believe that meeting your needs is the most important service we provide.

With 12 years of small business IT and networking experience and 8 of those years as a VoIP Engineer, Bryan was able to hear from hundreds of customers – their needs, their wishes, and their priorities – and to the best of his ability, he delivered. Your service will be a cloud hosted VoIP service with multiple data centers across the country to provide the necessary redundancy you need to ensure your phones are working correctly. We’ll also provide the desk phones, voicemail, and mobile app access for each user. All phone hardware, servicing, and troubleshooting will be included with your monthly service.
