If the base plan we offer just isn't enough. We have more options for you. Check out our additional services below. These add-ons give you the power to choose what's right for your business, without having to pay for something you don't need.

Voicemail Transcription

$3/month/user. This allows you to view the transcription of the voicemail when it is delivered to your inbox.

Call Recording

$3/month/user. Do you need your calls recorded? We can setup call recording for each user along with a message that lets all inbound callers know that calls are being recorded.

Call Center Seats

$10/month/user. If you have a call center and need to view analytics and statistics, we can setup each user's extension to create the reports you need.

Professional IVR Recordings

$40 per recording. We want to help you give your business that extra touch of professionalism. The IVRs recorded by our professional voice talents will do just that.

Texting

There is a $30 per month minimum for texting, which allows up to 3 users and $5 per month for each additional user. (Due to FCC regulations, there is a one-time setup fee of $65.) This provides 300 SMS (texts) and 100 MMS (picture messages) per month per user and a $.10 overage charge per message. Why would you want to add texting to your business phones?
